Used Tesla, EV & Pre-Owned Car Dealer in Southern California
Premium Autos has one of California's largest used EV selections at an independent dealer*, with 280 used electric cars in stock across our Norco and South El Monte stores, from Tesla, Toyota, Hyundai, Cadillac, GMC, Ford, Kia, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Lucid, Chevrolet, Rivian, Porsche, priced from $11,880 to $103,084.
Range is the first question most EV shoppers ask, so every electric car page shows a battery figure and says what it is: a battery test result, the range the car displayed at a full charge, or an estimate for its age and mileage. You can ask for a report on the exact VIN before you visit. Each page also lists the price online and lets you estimate a monthly payment, and you can trade in your current car toward an EV.

Every EV listing shows a battery figure, labeled so you can tell them apart:
Start with your longest regular day, then double it. Most drivers cover under 40 miles a day, so a used EV rated around 200 miles handles a week of commuting with a comfortable margin — and charging at home means it starts every morning full. Range matters most if you regularly drive long highway stretches, tow, or cannot charge where you park. Every car on this page labels its battery figure — a test result, the range the car displayed, or an estimate — so you can compare cars like for like, and our battery health page explains each label.
A standard outlet (Level 1) adds a few miles of range per hour — enough for short commutes. A 240V Level 2 charger refills most EVs overnight and is the setup most owners end up with.
DC fast chargers add range in minutes rather than hours on road trips. Teslas use the Supercharger network; most other brands charge on CCS networks, and adapters exist for many combinations — ask us what the car you like can use.
Tesla cars use the NACS port; most other EVs use J1772 for home charging and CCS for fast charging. The industry is moving to NACS, so check the specific car's port and what cables come with it.
Charging at home on residential rates usually costs well under half as much per mile as gasoline, there are no oil changes, and regenerative braking makes brake pads last far longer. Tires can wear faster on heavier EVs, and insurance varies by model. Our guide does the full five-year math: EV vs gas cars — the true cost of ownership.
An EV fits best when you can charge at home and most driving is daily miles. A hybrid suits long trips and no home charging, and we stock trucks and gas cars for towing and everything else. When you are ready, pre-qualify with no credit impact or value your trade-in — its value can be your down payment on an EV.
