Premium Autos Inc has been in business for 10 years. From our stores in Norco and South El Monte, we sell pre-owned Teslas, EVs, hybrids, luxury cars, SUVs and trucks to drivers across Southern California.

A decade in this business has taught us that people come back, and send their friends, when the deal is clear from the start. So we put the price online, we explain every line on the paperwork, and we don't push extras you didn't ask for.

We follow California's CARS Act

California's CARS Act (SB 766) took effect on October 1, 2026, and Premium Autos follows it. Here is what that means when you buy from us:

• The advertised price is the real price. Each listing shows the price, including the $85 documentation fee. Sales tax and government fees are added, and we show them in the out-the-door estimate.
• Add-ons are optional. Service contracts, GAP and accessories are never required to buy or finance a car, and we don't sell add-ons that give you no benefit.
• Everything in writing. You get the full price breakdown, including any add-on you choose, before you sign.
• A 3-day return right on eligible used cars. Used cars priced at $50,000 or less can be returned within 3 days, under the conditions the law sets, such as a mileage limit and a restocking fee. We go over them with you before you sign.

What to expect

• EV focus. Used Teslas and EVs are a focus, and every EV page labels its battery figure as tested, the displayed range, or an estimate for its age and mileage.
• Financing. Start a pre-qualification or credit application online. Approval and terms come from the lender.
• Two convenient locations. Norco (2100 Hamner Avenue) and South El Monte (9640 Garvey Avenue).
