Privacy Policy

Premium Autos Inc. This page describes how this website handles information.

Information you give us

When you send a form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to add, such as the vehicle you are interested in, a trade-in vehicle, your ZIP code, a preferred appointment time, how you plan to pay and the down payment or credit range you select. The form goes to Premium Autos Inc's lead system, and may be forwarded to its customer-management system so staff can respond.

Our own forms never ask for a Social Security number or date of birth. Credit applications and pre-qualification are completed on secure forms from DealerCenter and Capital One, and what you enter there is handled under their policies.

Text messages and calls

Our forms have optional checkboxes for text messages and for calls from our automated virtual assistant. They are never checked for you. If you check one, we record your choice, the wording you saw and the time, and contact you only as you agreed. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in our SMS Terms.

Saved in your browser

To keep your numbers consistent from page to page, this site saves your ZIP code and your cash or finance choice in your browser's local storage, along with the cars you recently viewed and your recent searches so you can pick up where you left off (these stay on your device and can be cleared with the Clear buttons). It also keeps the way you arrived (such as the referring page and campaign tags) for the visit, and sends that with a form if you submit one. You can clear this in your browser settings.

Lookups the site makes

To show out-the-door prices, your ZIP code is sent from our server to a ZIP lookup service and the California sales tax agency (CDTFA) to find the local tax rate. Vehicle details come from public sources (NHTSA vehicle decoding and the EPA) using the car's VIN, not your information. The range map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and browser details like any website you visit.

If you request a trade-in estimate, our server sends your VIN, mileage and ZIP code to AutoHub through RapidAPI and your VIN to NHTSA. Your contact details are not sent to those services. Valuation lookups may be cached for up to 24 hours. Contact details and the estimate are sent to our lead system only when you submit the separate appraisal form.

Analytics and advertising tools

This site currently uses Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, ClickCease, which checks ad clicks for fraud, an AI chat assistant from ElevenLabs (what you type in the chat and, if you use voice, your voice audio go to ElevenLabs to produce replies), Sign in with Google at checkout, if you choose it (Google shares your name and email with us to fill in the form). These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information about the pages you view and, for ad conversions, that you submitted a form. Their privacy policies describe what they collect.

Showing you our ads on other sites based on your visits here counts as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out on Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as the same opt-out.
